NEWS: Jake Weary, Jen Lilley, Shari Belafonte, B.J. Britt, Bryan Cranston, Wilson Bethel, Kylie Bunbury, Mariah Carey

Weary (ATWT's Luke Snyder) stars as Deran Cody in the series inspired by the award-winning feature film. The story centers around a teenager who moves in with his relatives at their beachfront home after his mother dies of an overdose. The family is run by matriarch Janine, played by Emmy winner Ellen Barkin, and the teen is drawn into their life of indulgence and excess, but soon discovers the dark truth behind their dangerous world. Weary plays the troubled and suspicious youngest Cody son. Fellow ATWT alum Daniella Alonso (Pilar) plays Catherine, the wife of Baz, played by Scott Speedman.

Sam Behrens encouraged Shari Belafonte to take on the role of Janice on General Hospital
January 19 will mark Shari Belafonte's first GH appearance as the new Janice Lomax, mayor of Port Charles. "In truth, I had never thought about doing one," she says of making her soap debut. "But when my manager first asked me if I'd be interested in doing this, I thought, 'You know what? I bet you can teach this old dog a couple of new tricks!’ " Her husband, Sam Behrens, who played Jake Meyer on the show from 1983-1987, encouraged her to take the gig. "He was very much like, 'Oh, you're going to have a good time,' " Belafonte tells Soap Opera Digest.

HART OF DIXIE Preview: Welcome Back (New Night & Time)

The third season of HART OF DIXIE continues with a new episode ("Here You Come Again") on Friday, March 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

When Zoe's (Rachel Bilson) mom (guest star JoBeth Williams) takes her on as a client, Zoe is secretly thrilled that she will finally get her mother's undivided attention. Brick (Tim Matheson) is surprised to hear that Lemon (Jaime King) is returning to town soon, so he enlists Lavon's (Cress Williams) help to throw a welcome home party for her. However, her return hits an unexpected snag and she is forced to turn to Wade (Wilson Bethel) for help. Meanwhile, George (Scott Porter) is roped into helping Magnolia (guest star Claudia Lee).

HART OF DIXIE "One More Last Chance" Preview: All In

The third season of HART OF DIXIE continues with a new episode ("One More Last Chance") on Monday, January 27th at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

In a last ditch effort to stop the merger, Lavon (Cress Williams) enlists the entire town's help to try and convince the Lt. Governor (guest star Dondre Whitfield) that BlueBell should be named a historic town.

Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) continue to debate where to live, but the best option lies with Zoe's relative, who does not like New Yorkers.

HART OF DIXIE "Star of the Show" Preview: There's No Business Like Show Business

The third season of HART OF DIXIE continues with a new episode ("Star of the Show") on Monday, January 20th at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL's Karla Mosley returns as Elodie.

When Brick (Tim Matheson) is asked to help with the local cabaret, he nominates Zoe (Rachel Bilson) to save the day.

Lavon (Cress Williams) feels defeated about the possible merger with Fillmore, so it is left up to AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) and Lemon (Jaime King) to motivate him to put up one last fight. Lynly (guest star Antoinette Robertson) continues to become more jealous of George's (Scott Porter) close friendship with Tansy (guest star Mircea Monroe), and keeps a close on eye him.

Lemon (Jaime King) enlists George (Scott Porter) and Lynly (guest star Antoinette Robertson) to help uncover crucial information about one of Brick's (Tim Matheson) exes before he does anything rash.

But her plan goes awry when George (Scott Porter) informs her she has a non-compete clause in her contract that prevents her from practicing for a year in the town.

Lavon (Cress Williams) is thrilled at the chance to bring a minor league baseball team to BlueBell, but needs Brick's help to woo the team's owner.

In order to avoid spending quality time with her mother, she busies herself with a patient but potentially ruins Christmas Eve for the whole town. Trying to fix the problem, Zoe upsets Wade (Wilson Bethel) by turning to his dad (guest star Christopher Curry).

The second season of HART OF DIXIE continues on Tuesday, November 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

In "Achy Breaky Hearts," both Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Lemon (Jaime King) are having a difficult time accepting Lavon (Cress Williams) and Ruby's (guest star Golden Brooks) new relationship, so they decide to find out Ruby's true intentions. Wade (Wilson Bethel) agrees to supervise a Little Ranger's camping trip to avoid a potentially awkward conversation with George (Scott Porter.) However, when George unexpectedly shows up on the trip, Wade has nowhere to hide, and their talk makes him see his relationship in a different light.

In "Baby, Don't Get Hooked on Me," After Zoe (Rachel Bilson) treats the high school football team, she learns that Max (guest star Nicholas Podany), who happens to be Rose's (guest star McKaley Miller) new crush, has become infatuated with her instead. Eager to nip his crush in the bud, Zoe learns that Max is prone to overreacting to heartbreak and is encouraged by the town to wait until after the big game, as they are counting on him to win. Lemon (Jaime King) decides to start a catering business and asks AnnaBeth (guest star Kaitlyn Black) to join, but Lemon is taken aback by her answer.

PREVIEW: HART OF DIXIE ("I Walk The Line")

The second season of HART OF DIXIE continues on Tuesday, November 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

In "I Walk The Line," with the upcoming Mayoral election looming, Lavon (Cress Williams) and Ruby (guest star Golden Brooks) continue to be tied in the polls, leaving Lemon (Jaime King) no choice but to use some creative methods to win. Elsewhere, George (Scott Porter) and Wade (Wilson Bethel) are also tasked with trying to secure some last-minute votes, but run into a problem when Wade's ex-wife Tansy (guest star Mircea Monroe) refuses to cooperate with their scheme.
