Season Three of WIGS Series 'BLUE' Available on Hulu and Hulu Plus Beginning March 28

WIGS announced today that Season Three of BLUE, starring Julia Stiles (The Bourne Ultimatum) as the title character, will be available in four longer-form episodes, each of which runs between 40-60 minutes, on Hulu and the Hulu Plus subscription service, beginning Friday morning March 28. Also available on Hulu and Hulu Plus that day will be a new longer-form episode of WIGS series PALOMA, written and directed by Stiles and starring Grace Gummer (THE NEWSROOM).

WIGS Partners with The Black List to Find New Series Writers

Digital studio WIGS, a FOX series incubator for female-targeted scripted drama, has partnered with script site The Black List on an initiative to identify one writer to develop a series. Founded by Jon Avnet (Black Swan, Fried Green Tomatoes, Risky Business), Rodrigo Garcia (Albert Nobbs, IN TREATMENT, BIG LOVE) and Jake Avnet, WIGS is the first digital studio to make a deal with the screenplay database.

As part of this novel partnership, The Black List will solicit teleplays to be evaluated by its community of industry professionals and readers, sharing with WIGS a short list of five writers for consideration for a digital series script deal.

Interested writers can submit material starting today at www.blcklst.com/WIGS. The submission window will be open through Tuesday, May 6. The site includes a complete list of rules, additional information and submission guidelines.

Multi-Platform Drama Series BLUE Back in Production for Season Three

WIGS announced today that BLUE, starring Julia Stiles as the title character, will start production on a third season. BLUE follows a single mother trying to protect her son from the consequences of her secret career as an escort. The No. 1 scripted drama series on YouTube with more than 26 million views, BLUE has increased its audience reach since becoming available on Hulu in June.

In Season Three, BLUE finds herself getting a little too close to a client. Also, Blue's son, Josh (Uriah Shelton, THE GLADES), keeps a life-changing secret of his own from his mother.

FOX Expands Distribution Of WIGS Series BLUE to Hulu and Hulu Plus

Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) announced today that it will widen the availability of content developed by WIGS, currently the No. 1 channel for scripted drama on YouTube, to include the free, ad-supported Hulu.com and Hulu Plus subscription service. Beginning today, WIGS' most popular drama, BLUE - which stars Julia Stiles and recently surpassed 20 million views on YouTube - will be offered to Hulu viewers in longer-form, TV-length episodes. Additional popular series, including LAUREN, with Troian Bellisario and Jennifer Beals; and JAN, starring Caitlin Gerard, Stephen Moyer and Virgina Madsen will become available on Hulu and Hulu Plus over the coming weeks.

SUSANNA, Starring Anna Paquin and Maggie Grace, Debuts Friday, June 14, on WIGS

WIGS today announced the premiere of the all-new drama SUSANNA. Exploring the issue of postpartum depression, the series launches Friday, June 14 (9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT) with six new episodes. The remaining six episodes will debut Friday, June 21 (9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT).

Starring Academy Award winner Anna Paquin (TRUE BLOOD, X-Men, The Piano) and Maggie Grace (LOST), SUSANNA is the story of two sisters, Katie (Paquin), the mother of a newborn and her younger sister, Susanna (Grace), an investment banker on the rise, who has no interest in becoming a mother. But when Katie develops acute postpartum depression and is hospitalized, Susanna must take care of her sister and her sister's child, while trying to keep the biggest business opportunity of her life from being derailed by her sister's illness. In the process, she unexpectedly falls in love...with Katie's child.

WIGS Soaps BLUE and LAUREN Return For Second Seasons, PALOMA To Debut This Spring

WIGS (www.watchwigs.com and www.youtube.com/wigs), the No. 1 channel for scripted drama on YouTube, announced today the return of two of its most acclaimed series, BLUE, starring Julia Stiles (The Bourne Ultimatum), and LAUREN, starring Troian Bellisario (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS) and Jennifer Beals (THE L WORD, Flashdance). The channel also is announcing new series PALOMA, written and directed by Stiles, and starring Grace Gummer (Gigantic, Margin Call).

Returning with 26 all-new episodes, Season Two of BLUE will debut Friday, March 15 (9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT) on WIGS, with the release of the first seven all-new episodes. More new episodes will be made available on Fridays: March 22, March 29 and April 5. The award-winning series stars Stiles as the title character, a single mother trying to protect her son from the consequences of her secret career as an upscale escort. Written and directed by WIGS co-creator Rodrigo Garcia (Albert Nobbs, IN TREATMENT) BLUE also features Mark Consuelos (ALL MY CHILDREN), Holly Robinson Peete (MIKE & MOLLY, HANGIN' WITH MR. COOPER), Uriah Shelton (THE GLADES), Kathleen Quinlan (Apollo 13), Carla Gallo (BONES, MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE) and James Morrison (REVENGE, 24). Karen Graci is co-writer on the series. NEWS ROUNDUP: Keiko Elizabeth Comes To DAYS, Michelle Dockery, Paul Anthony Stewart, Brady Bunch

Keiko Elizabeth Suda will make her first television appearance on DAYS OF OUR LIVES on August 15.
She's excited about her first television appearance–which she isn't allowed to talk much about–but said her late entry into acting means her entire life doesn't hinge on it.

"When you do something since you were young, a lot of your ego gets attached to what people think of your work," she said. "[When you] do something for a long period of time you lose your curiosity about it. [I've been] engaging in the process of getting better because my ego wasn't so wrapped up in it."

"That will-they, won't-they tussle was going on for so long, it didn't surprise me that fans wanted to know what would happen," actress Michelle Dockery told TODAY.com. "It wasn't an easy ride for them, so at the end of (season) two, it was nice to hear that people were jumping up and down for them. I did wonder if (show creator) Julian (Fellowes) would string that out even more, that Matthew would be her biggest regret, so I was really pleased. It feels right."

Sixteen year old British actor Joshua Pascoe who stars in EASTENDERS arrested on sexual assault allegations
The 16-year-old, who stars as troubled Ben Mitchell in popular BBC soap opera, was questioned by detectives in Wimbledon, south London on Thursday, British newspaper The Sun reported.

"A 16-year-old boy was arrested on May 24 in connection with an allegation of sexual assault. He has been bailed to return to a North London police station on July 31," a Scotland Yard spokesperson told the publication.
