NOMINATIONS: Teen Choice 2012 - SECRET LIFE, SMASH, REVENGE, GLEE, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

The next wave of nominees has been announced for TEEN CHOICE 2012, airing live Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 p.m. ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.  THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, SMASH, REVENGE, GLEE and PRETTY LITTLE LIARS were among the nominees.

TEEN CHOICE 2012 celebrates the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web. Kristen Bell, Troian Bellisario, Jason Derulo, Selena Gomez, Lucy Hale, Victoria Justice, Bridgit Mendler, Shay Mitchell, Dax Shepard and Jordin Sparks are among the stars scheduled to appear on the special, which also will feature previously announced performances by No Doubt, Flo Rida and DJ Pauly D.

Martin makes an important decision on an all-new TOUCH Thursday, May 17 on FOX.

When Martin is mistaken for a criminal, he must involve himself with a heist crew in order to win back an innocent dock worker's job. Meanwhile, an Israeli boy (guest star Sean Peavy) and Palestinian girl (guest star Eden Modiano) fight to keep their relationship afloat.

Clea uncovers some surprising documents about Jake, while Martin and his late wife's sister (guest star Catherine Dent) meet to make a pivotal decision in the all-new "Tessellations" episode of TOUCH airing at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Perched on the rocky cliffs high above the Adriatic Sea, Scott Clifton and Kimberly Matula donned bridal wear to act out Liam Spencer and Hope Logan's romantic wedding scenes last Tuesday.

The wedding procession was shot at the center of the piazza where a statue of Italian singer-songwriter Domenico Modugno rests, and the soap is making sure to use Modugno's song 'Volare' during the important episode.

Images from the set revealed a series of padlocks bearing their character's names hanging on a fence as a symbolic 'promise of their love.'

PREVIEW: CW's THE VAMPIRE DIARIES & THE SECRET CIRCLE Thursday, May 3

Klaus acts on his intentions to leave town with Elena (Nina Dobrev), but finds resistance from a surprising new enemy on an all-new episode of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, "Before Sunset," Thursday, May 3 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Bonnie (Kat Graham) calls on Abby (guest star Persia White) to help her with a difficult spell.

As events spiral out of control, Elena is determined to protect Caroline (Candice Accola), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) enlist Tyler's (Michael Trevino) help, while Bonnie and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) take a terrifying risk to make sure her spell is effective.

Damon and Stefan have a surprisingly candid conversation about the future.

Alaric (Matt Davis) finds an unexpected ally to guide him on his dangerous new path  on an all-new episode of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, "Do Not Go Gentle," Thursday, April 26 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Meredith (guest star Torrey Devitto) try to figure out what their next move should be.

At the school's 1920s Decade Dance, Bonnie (Kat Graham) asks Jamie (guest star Robert Ri'chard) to go with her and, at Caroline's (Candice Accola) suggestion, Elena (Nina Dobrev) asks Stefan (Paul Wesley) to be her date.

Tyler returns to Mystic Falls on an all-new episode of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, "Heart of Darkness," Thursday, April 19 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) set off together to make sure Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is safe in Denver, and to see if his special abilities can help reveal the information they need about ancient vampire bloodlines. It doesn't take them long to learn that Jeremy has been hanging with the wrong people.

Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) both go to brutal extremes in their search for the missing weapon. Caroline (Candice Accola) is thrilled when Tyler (Michael Trevino) returns to town, but Tyler soon suspects that something has been going on between Caroline and Klaus.

The Year of the Soap continues when THE VAMPIRE DIARIES airs an all new episode, "The Murder of One," on Thursday, March 29 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) focus a new project that will bring them closer to destroying Klaus (Joseph Morgan), and they quickly bring Elena (Nina Dobrev), Caroline (Candice Accola) and Matt (Zach Roerig) in on the plan. After Klaus threatens someone close to Bonnie (Kat Graham), she has no choice but to work on the spell he needs.

Meanwhile, Klaus and Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt) find the perfect motivator to convince Finn (guest star Caspar Zafer) to cooperate with them, but Rebekah is more interested in her own brutal plan to take revenge on Damon.

A century after their first encounter, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Sage (guest star Cassidy Freeman) meet again at the ceremony to kick-off the restoration of Wickery Bridge. Damon is surprised to learn the reason Sage has returned, and pleased when she devises an unusual method to help him figure out what Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt) is up to. Abby (guest star Persia White) is having a hard time adjusting to her new reality, despite Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Caroline's (Candice Accola) efforts to help.

When Damon informs Elena (Nina Dobrev) of Stefan's (Paul Wesley) latest struggles, she reaches out to Stefan to help her save a friend in danger, in hopes that it will help bring Stefan even closer to his humanity.

The Thursday night television ratings are in from Nielsen. Below is a summary of how the soaps performed.

From ABC:
* More than doubling its lead-in (+160%) to dominate the 9 o'clock hour in Adults 18-49, ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY (3.9/10) beat out CBS' PERSON OF INTEREST by 18% (3.3/8), Fox's IDOL-driven THE FINDER by 70% (2.3/6) and NBC's comedies (THE OFFICE/UP ALL NIGHT) by 86% (2.1/5). ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY finished as Thursday's No. 1 drama in the key young adult sales demographic for its 13th consecutive first-run airing this season.

Thursday Night Ratings: GREY'S, PRACTICE, VAMPIRE Down, SECRET CIRCLE Steady

Here's a look at the preliminary Thursday evening Nielsen ratings:

- At 8 p.m., The CW finished in sixth place among broadcast networks with a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating for THE VAMPIRE DIARIES and Telemundo was seventh with a 0.7 for UNA MAID EN MANHATTAN.

- At 9 p.m., ABC was first with GREY'S ANATOMY's 2.8. The CW remained sixth with a 0.8 for THE SECRET CIRCLE and Telemundo was seventh with a 0.6 for FLOR SALVAJE.

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES airs an all new episode, "Our Town," on Thursday, January 12 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
