Telemundo Media announced it signed an overall exclusive content agreement with leading broadcaster and content producer Television Nacional de Chile (TVN). The deal includes the acquisition of exclusive U.S., Puerto Rico and Mexico rights for TVN’s entire novela scripts’ library across all media platforms. In addition, Telemundo Media renewed its global representation deal with TVN for five years, extending the long term relationship between the two leading broadcasters for five years. Financial terms were not disclosed."The expansion of our strategic alliance with TVN is key to Telemundo Media, as it provides an excellent source of original and innovative stories for our catalog and strengthens the network’s original programming in the United States," said Marcos Santana, President of Telemundo Internacional.
