Henry Simmons and Sophina Brown, who were married in 2010, are joining the cast of PRETTY LITTLE LIARS spin-off, RAVENSWOOD, according to TVLine. They will play Simon and Terry Beaumont, the parents of RAVENSWOOD regular Remy (SKINS and AMERICAN HORROR STORY actress Britne Oldford).Simon, who runs the local paper, is described as being distrustful of out-of-towners, while Terry, having recently returned home from serving in the military, is struggling with survivor's guilt.
Simmons joined the cast of ANOTHER WORLD in 1997 as Tyrone Montgomery, a role he would play until the show's final episode. He shot to fame soon after when he played Det. Baldwin Jones on NYPD BLUE. Brown starred in NUMB3RS and SHARK and has appeared in primetime serials BROTHERS & SISTERS and THE GOOD WIFE.
