A video posted online showed Fountain, who plays Tommy Duckworth on CORRIE, in a mask performing the sick rap as his alter-ego The Phantom. Wearing a zombie Halloween mask and baseball cap covered by a hoodie he rants: “I will f*** anybody up in the worst way, rape a bitch on her birthday.” In the video, seen by thousands on YouTube before Chris turned on privacy settings, he also brags about orgies and threatens to “slice a rival with a machete”.

Matthew Borlenghi Sued As Part Of Ariel Winter Family Drama

Chrisoula Workman, mother of MODERN FAMILY actress Ariel Winter and ONE LIFE TO LIVE alum Shanelle Workman-Gray, is claiming that actor Matthew Borlenghi (ex-Brian, ALL MY CHILDREN; ex-Ziggy, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL) defamed her as an "abusive monster" on Los Angeles Times blog posting. According to the Courthouse News Service, Workman (aka Chrystal Workman) sued Borlenghi in Superior Court, alleging defamation and false light. She claims Borlenghi defamed her after she reported an 18-year old boy for allegedly having sex with her 14-year-old actress-daughter.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Chrisoula "Chrystal" Workman (mother of MODERN FAMILY star Ariel Winter and OLTL alum Shanelle Workman) has sent a cease and desist letter to the publicist despite admitting she sent him scantily clad pictures of Shanelle. The letter reportedly warns Jonathan to stop "making false and defamatory statements" because, "Ms. Workman never represented to Mr. Hay that nude pictures existed of her daughter Shanelle." However, the letter later admits that Chrisoula admits sending him two revealing pictures of Shanelle, but she says she found them on the Internet and they were not private because they were taken at a cast party for ONE LIFE TO LIVE - which Shanelle once appeared in - by a professional photographer.

Ariel Winter, the 14-year-old actress who plays middle sibling Alex Dunphy in MODERN FAMILY, has been removed from her home by a judge in the wake of serious allegations of physical and emotional abuse by her mother, court sources tell TMZ.

Court sources tell us ... on October 3rd, after a guardianship hearing, a judge determined the allegations that Ariel was being physically and emotionally abused by her mother Crystal Workman were serious enough that the judge placed Ariel in a temporary guardianship with her older sister Shanelle Workman. Our sources tell us ... mama Crystal was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ariel.
