THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER Series Finale Preview

ABC Family says goodbye to its longest running original scripted series when THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER concludes on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The ground-breaking drama premiered in 2008 and quickly helped establish the network's core millennial audience.

Preceding the finale, the network will air an all-day SECRET LIFE Fan Favorites marathon from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Fans voted on their favorite moments from all five seasons and winning episodes include Amy telling her mom she's pregnant, John's birth, the 100th episode, Ben's proposal to Adrian and the pilot.

Everyone rallies around Jack to make sure he gets the help he needs on an all-new episode of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, airing Monday, April 15, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

In "Fraid So," George and Reverend Stone insist that Jack see a therapist, but it's Adrian's advice that ultimately persuades him to go. Ricky feels Amy's absence as he juggles taking care of John with his work and school responsibilities. Cathy is stunned when she learns that her ex-boyfriend wants to see their baby. Amy realizes that she doesn't want to lose Ricky. Meanwhile, Leo secures an important business account.

The future weighs heavily on everyone's mind in an all-new episode of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, airing Monday, April 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

In "Shiny and New," Amy and Ricky's relationship grows increasingly strained when Amy decides she wants to tour a college in New York. Leo questions Ricky about his friendship with Clementine. Jack goes to extreme lengths to protect himself with potentially devastating consequences. Adrian is not happy when Omar goes on a business trip without her, especially when she learns that Amy is on the same flight. George's need to distance himself from Anne leads him down a new career path.

Everyone is stunned to learn that Amy and Ricky aren't really married in an all-new episode of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, airing Monday, April 1, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

In "Untying the Knot," Anne is furious with George for lying about Robie's paternity and calls off Amy and Ricky's wedding, inadvertently revealing the truth about their non-marriage. Jack refuses to get help as he struggles to come to terms with everything he's been through. Nora encourages George to work things out with Anne.

Meanwhile, Ethan is not happy when Kathy and Chloe become friends.

PREVIEW: THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER ("It's a Miracle")

Ben comes to a realization that Amy might not have been his first love and Omar proposes to Adrian, on an all new episode of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, premiering Monday, March 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

In the all-new episode, "It's a Miracle," Ben is in a euphoric mood, while driving Ethan to the airport he has an epiphany that Amy may not have been his first love. Omar leaves his student teaching job and proposes to Adrian. Ethan pleads with Kathy's parents to let her return home with him. Ricky confides in Dr. Fields about Amy's lack of enthusiasm towards their marriage - and Amy confides in Dr. Fields that she has other hopes and dreams.

EMMERDALE's 40th anniversary live episodes nets big ratings
The heady promise of a live, double-length episode, featuring two births, the aftermath of a double wedding and the murder of a key character, was enough to secure EMMERDALE its biggest viewing figures since January 2010.

An average of 9.2 million (with a peak of 10.2 million), a 42% audience share, tuned in to the rural soap across ITV1, +1 and HD between 7pm and 8pm last night to see Carl King meet his maker, courtesy of Chas, Cameron and a polystyrene brick.

PREVIEW: 69th Annual Golden Globes -- Shailene Woodley, Madeleine Stowe, Julianna Margulies!

Ricky Gervais, who is prone to ruffle feathers with sharp wisecracks aimed at celebrities, made an early arrival Sunday on the Golden Globes red carpet.

On the carpet, Sarah Michelle Gellar was spotted without husband Freddie Prinze Jr. "He's watching football," she told E! "This is the worst date night I could possibly think of."

Madeline Stowe is nominated for REVENGE! THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER's Shailene Woodley is nominated for her role in the film The Descendants.

In television, BOARDWALK EMPIRE netted three nominations, including a best actor nod for Steve Buscemi.

Morgan Freeman will receive the Globes' Cecil B. DeMille award for lifetime achievement at the Beverly Hilton Hotel ceremony which will air live on January 15 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
