Richard Johnston Porter II, known to those who loved him simply as "Rick," passed away at age 58, according to Legacy.com. He was reminiscing at his homestead in Cypress, Texas when he was rushed to Saint Luke's hospital at Vintage Park in Houston. He died at 7:15 pm on February 25th, 2013 from congestive heart failure.
Porter graduated with a BA in Drama and Acting from the University of Texas Austin and an MA in Screenwriting and Directing from Columbia.
