Based on the book of short stories "My Gal Sunday" by New York Times bestselling author Mary Higgins Clark, the film centers around Sandra “Sunday” O'Brien-Parker (Blanchard), renowned attorney and private investigator and her newlywed husband and sleuthing partner, Henry Parker (Mathison), whose deep political ties and endearing love story put them at the center of intrigue and scandal. “My Gal Sunday,” is also a family affair for the "Queen of Suspense" Mary Higgins Clark as her daughter Carol and granddaughter Elizabeth co-star in the film.

The new two-hour backdoor pilot and potential primetime series in development for Hallmark Channel, begins production tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24 in Vancouver.
