GLEE's Jane Lynch Confirms Sue Is Moving to NYC
Following graduation, the characters of the hit musical comedy will be transitioning to an all-NYC storyline in the second half of this season. Although we know that some fan-favorites like Blaine (Darren Criss) and Artie (Kevin McHale) will be making the move, others students' fates are still unknown.

"I don't know what they're going to do," Lynch admitted. "I understand that they're not going to say goodbye to a lot of the kids, either. I think there are a bunch of kids who are going to go and I think they might check still in at McKinley."

NEWS ROUNDUP: Dark Shadows Character Posters, Jack Wagner DWTS, OWN Lays Off 30, DAYS on NPR

New Dark Shadows character posterss
"The posters of Barnabas Collins and co. augment the most recent batch of stills and this week's exceptionally promising trailer. Dark Shadows isn't a property immediately familiar on this side of the ditch, but all the signs are there that Burton and Johnny Depp have rebottled their Edward Scissorhands / Ed Wood lightning. The trailer's comic beats land and the design look is as lovingly outlandish as you could wish for."

Will Nicollette Sheridan and ABC Settle Their DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES Case?

As the jury ended its third day of deliberations at an 8-4 impasse, attorneys for Nicollette Sheridan and ABC are in a settlement meeting in front of Judge Helen Bendix, E! News has confirmed.

If the two sides can reach a monetary settlement, which would presumably remain confidential, it would render the jury's decision moot. Of course, whichever attorney believes they have the eight jurors in their favor may be less inclined to settle. Sheridan's lawyer Mark Baute said he believes his side is winning.

NEWS ROUNDUP: Nicollette Sheridan Lawsuit Update, Austin Butler Joins CARRIE, WALKING DEAD Leak

Dozens of ‘Desperate Housewives’ deaths shown to jury
Nicollette Sheridan, 48, is suing show creator Marc Cherry and Touchstone Television Productions for wrongful termination and battery. She has testified that Cherry hit her in the head when she repeatedly questioned script changes and then wrote her off the show and out of her $175,000 per episode salary after she complained about the alleged assault.

With the video -- titled "Deaths on Wisteria Lane" -- the defense positioned the fatal electrocution of Edie Britt, Sheridan's character, as just one of more than 40 deaths in the show's eight seasons.
