NEWS: Nielsen, Forbes March, Nathan Owens, Ryan McPartlin, Jason Thompson, Kate del Castillo

The deal is part of a broader effort at Nielsen to improve its methods for measuring how people watch television today.

The company has faced harsh criticism in recent years from TV and advertising executives, who complain that Nielsen has failed to keep pace with the digital transformation that has reshaped the industry. As a result, they say, it is not accurately capturing the real audience for shows.

Mexico's Attorney General Arely Gomez has said that actress Kate del Castillo is being investigated for possible illegal business dealings with jailed drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. The telenovela star set up the meeting in October between Guzman, who was then on the run, and actor, Sean Penn. She denies any illicit links with Guzman, who was arrested on January 8.

'Devious Maids' Season 3 Premieres June 1 on Lifetime

Devious Maids returns for a third season on a new night, Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, beginning June 1st leading into the series premiere of UnREAL at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Lifetime. Executive produced by Marc Cherry and Eva Longoria, Devious Maids follows five maids with ambition and dreams of their own while working for the rich and famous in Beverly Hills.

Devious Maids is set in a world where murder and mayhem collide in the mansions of Beverly Hills' wealthiest and most powerful families. Class warfare has never been as fun and dirty as it is in the tony enclave where the staff is as clever, witty and downright as devilish as their employers. The series has centered on a close-knit group of maids, Marisol (Ana Ortiz), Rosie (Dania Ramírez), Carmen (Roselyn Sánchez), Valentina (Edy Ganem) and Zoila (Judy Reyes), who are bonded together by their jobs, life struggles and the melodramatic universe that engulfs their employers.

Nathan Owens Leaving DAYS OF OUR LIVES

Nathan Owens is leaving DAYS OF OUR LIVES and the role of Cameron Davis. He was released from his contract in July, less a year after joining the cast.  He debuted on the soap in December 2012, replacing Schuyler Yancey in the role.

Owens was recently accepted into the ABC Diversity Showcase. The program works with individuals from diverse backgrounds and unique life experiences who have the opportunity to hone their skills under the supervision of the network and studio executives, producers, writers and directors.

Owens is expected to last air on DAYS in November.

Nathan Owens Joins DAYS OF OUR LIVES; DAYS Staying In Burbank

Nathan Owens has joined the cast of DAYS OF OUR LIVES. From the Statigram photo he posted, it looks like he will be a recast Dr. Cameron Davis, currently played by Schuyler Yancey. Owens caption on the photo: "There's a new Dr. In town...#tvdr." Stay tuned.

The 28 year old actor/model/producer is already taping scenes according to Soap Opera Digest. The magazine also put to rest rumors of the soap moving to a new studio.

After months of speculation that DAYS would be leaving the Burbank lot for the AMC/HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS studio in Glendale, Executive Producer Ken Corday announced at the 12,000th episode celebration on set that the show was staying put.
