SPRING
DARK SHADOWS was a pop culture phenomenon when it ran on ABC Daytime from 1966 to 1971, spawning movies, comic books, a primetime remake several years later and even (in part) inspiring Ryan Murphy to create AMERICAN HORROR STORY. Now, a new, big-budget film version of the show, directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp as the vampire Barnabas Collins, is scheduled to be released on May 11, 2012.

RATINGS: Finale of LA FUERZA DEL DESTINO Dominates Monday Night

Monday night’s two-hour conclusion of LA FUERZA DEL DESTINO (“The Power of Destiny”) reached nearly 8 million viewers who tuned in to all or part of the broadcast. The finale, followed by a special episode of DON FRANCISCO PRESENTA, which delivered an average audience of over 3.6 million viewers, led the Univision Network to a first place finish among all broadcast networks, regardless of language on Monday night across all key demographics. The hit novela’s finale delivered an average audience of 6.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 3.4 million Adults 18-49, 1.9 million Women 18-49, 1.6 million Men 18-49, 2.0 million Adults 18-34, 1.0 million Women 18-34 and 963,000 Men 18-34.
