Wally Kurth

Jon Lindstrom returning to General Hospital
Lindstrom is back on GH next week, reprising the role of Kevin Collins. He last appeared in 2014; earlier this year, the role was played for one day by Anthony Starke while Lindstrom was shooting True Detective. "I was very happily surprised to get a call from [Casting Director] Mark Teschner asking if I’d be interested in making some appearances,” he reports. “I was so pleased to go and romp with my old friends at GH again!"

Nashville production "adapting" after Hayden Panettiere takes medical leave
On Tuesday, People.com reported that the actress “is voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center as she is currently battling postpartum depression.” According to a Nashville insider, Panettiere was about to start work on Season 4’s ninth episode (slated to air on Nov. 18). It remains unclear if the show will temporarily write out her character, Juliette, or postpone filming of her scenes until she returns.

“It’s a fluid situation,” says the source. “But production continues.”

Panettiere gave birth to daughter Kaya last December.

Let’s just start with that. Kerry Washington is there and she’s working her booty off, okay? But they didn’t vote for her. So, maybe the question is, 'What do you have to do to get voted on?' That's the thing."

Ryan Murphy and Gwyneth Paltrow team up for a One Hit Wonders musical dramedy
Paltrow will play a 40-year-old woman, who 15 years after recording a hit song is broke, exhausted and the victim of cat-fishing by her roommate. Though the label has ulterior motives, the group takes off and the trio becomes an inspiration to women everywhere.

'The Young and the Restless' Wednesday Preview: She's Not There

"Devon is not going to find her, she's not there," Cane tells Lily.
On Tuesday's (October 13) episode of The Young and the Restless, Jack (Peter Bergman) convinced Billy (Burgess Jenkins) to let Adam (Justin Hartley) speak at Chancellor Park, where family and friends gathered to remember Delia. But Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) wasn't having it, so she made herself known and pulled a gun on Adam. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) was able to convince her to not to shoot him. Later, Chloe made a mysterious phone call which made it seem like she may have a baby girl out there somewhere. Meanwhile, Devon (Bryton James) and Dylan (Steve Burton) went rogue in order to rescue Hilary (Mishael Morgan). It looked like Neil (Kristoff St. John) was about to be caught.

[WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD]

On Wednesday's Y&R, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) isn't happy when Victor (Eric Braeden) brings Adam to Newman to help stop the Paragon virus, and Chloe tells Billy the girl she was talking about on the phone was her new dog, Hazelnut. She then suggests they team up to kill Adam. When he balks, she says she was kidding.

Devon and Dylan discover the address the kidnapper gave them was wrong. No one had been there, and they are no closer to discovering that Neil has Hilary.

Elsewhere, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) wants Chelsea to testify on Adam's behalf at his trial.

At the park, Emma (Alice Greczyn) tells Gwen (Nadine Turner) that she had to fire Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight), which gives Gwen the idea to use him to help Hilary.

On Wednesday's (October 7) episode of The Young and the Restless, Jill (Jess Walton) returned from a business trip, Devon (Bryton James) received a ransom note for Hilary (Mishael Morgan), and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) gave birth to a baby boy. After helping get Sage to the hospital, Adam (Justin Hartley) was arrested.

[SPOILER ALERT]

On Thursday's Y&R, Sage wakes up the next morning, and Nick (Joshua Morrow) tells her their son is beautiful. Later, Sage suggests a very familiar name for their baby boy.

At the police station, Jack (Peter Bergman) visits Adam, who tells him that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) isn't speaking to him.

"I managed to hurt every single person that ever gave a damn about me," Adam tells Jack.

When Michael (Christian LeBlanc) reads that Adam is planning on representing himself, Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is unhappy that he's considering representing the man who killed Delia.

At Newman, Abby (Melissa Ordway) convinces Victor (Eric Braeden) to give Chelsea her freedom.

The Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow plays
George Larou in Golden Shoes, available now on
DVD and On Demand.
Joshua Morrow has starred in CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless since 1994 as Nick Newman, who navigates romance, children and a career in fictional Genoa City. His latest project is a wonderful new movie, Golden Shoes, featuring an all-star cast in the story of a young soccer player with big dreams.

As long as he could remember, eight-year-old Christian Larou (Christian Koza) dreamed of being a great soccer player like his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo. When his father (Morrow) is deployed to Afghanistan, his mother (Dina Meyer) is hospitalized and he's subjected to intense bullying at school, Christian pours himself into the game he loves. With the help of some very special shoes, can Christian lead his team to the championship, inspire an entire nation, and bring his family together again?

Golden Shoes is available on DVD and On Demand starting today. We Love Soaps spoke to Morrow about his role in the film, working on location, and his love for Y&R. We even got the avid sports fan to make a college football prediction. Check out our exclusive interview below:

WE LOVE SOAPS: How did you get cast in the movie as George Larou?
JOSHUA MORROW: My manager called me up one day and they offered it to me. I didn't even have to audition for it. I think they were pretty happy with what they saw on my show, and offered me the role of George Larou. It's not a big role but I loved doing it. I don't get a chance to do things like that very often, based on my work schedule, but it was fun and a really cool experience for me.

'The Young and the Restless' Wednesday Preview: A Ransom Note and a Baby

"You think it's me," Colin says to Devon, after Devon receives a
ransom note.
On Tuesday's (October 6) episode of The Young and the Restless, Victor (Eric Braeden) had a showdown with much-alive son, Adam (Justin Hartley). Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) confronted Sage (Kelly Sullivan) over keeping Adam's identity a secret, and he questioned whether he was the father of her baby. Billy (Burgess Jenkins) reeled from the news his arch enemy was alive, and told Victoria (Amelia Heinle) he longed for what he had the day before, a world without Adam Newman.

[SPOILER ALERT]

On Wednesday's Y&R, Jill (Jess Walton) returns from her business trip to Hong Kong, and immediately learns from Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that Adam is alive.

Elsewhere, Neil (Kristoff St. John) tells Gwen (Nadine Nicole) they need more supplies, and Devon receives a ransom note.

"I have Hilary, don't got to the police, be in touch," the note reads.

At the park, Adam tries to help Sage, when she says her baby is coming.

"I delivered Johnny, I've done this before," Adam says, trying to reassure her.

Sage is brought to the hospital, where Stitch (Sean Carrigan) orders her into surgery. Stitch tells Nick an abruption caused the early labor, but Adam delivered the baby boy.
