EN OTRA PIEL Will Premiere on Telemundo February 18

At a press conference in Houston, Texas last week, the cast of EN OTRA PIEL announced that the premiere date of the new Telemundo production is Tuesday, February 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Starring Maria Elisa Camargo, David Chocarro, Jorge Luis Pila and Vanesa Villela, EN OTRA PIEL features a special appearance by Laura Flores, who also sings the theme song to the telenovela. EN OTRA PIEL is the tale of two women who share the same tragic destiny and are joined by a supernatural event after death.

A love story full of mystery and revenge, EN OTRA PIEL also features a stellar supporting cast including Plutarco Haza, Kendra Santa Cruz, Gala Montes, Javier Gómez, Karen Santies, Gloria Peralta, Gullermo Quintanilla, Martin Barba, Jonathan Freudman, Oscar Priego, Alexandra Pomales, Beatriz Monroig, Maria Elena Davila, Marisela Gonzalez, Eduardo Ibarrola, Silvana Arias, Juanita Arias and Daniela Macias.

Written by Laura Sosa with José Gerardo Guillen as executive producer and the supervision of Telemundo Studios’ Vice President for Production, Carmen Cecilia Urbaneja, EN OTRA PIEL is being filmed in Miami, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

Telemundo Studios Begins Production of EN OTRA PIEL

Telemundo Studios has started filming its new original production, EN OTRA PIEL, starring Maria Elisa Camargo, David Chocarro, Jorge Luis Pila and Vanessa Villela, with a special appearance by Laura Flores. Scheduled to premiere in early 2014, the telenovela tells the story of two completely different women who share the same tragic destiny and are joined in death by a supernatural event.

LA PATRONA To Premiere January 8 On Telemundo

Telemundo's anticipated original production, LA PATRONA (The Boss), premieres Tuesday, January 8 at 9 p.m. ET, starring telenovela stars Aracely Arámbula, Jorge Luis Pila and Christian Bach. This telenovela tells the story of Gabriela Suarez (Aracely Arámbula), the only woman working in a mine in a beautiful Mexican town called San Pedro del Oro.

Due to unexpected circumstances in life, Gabriela meets Alejandro Beltrán (Jorge Luis Pila), the oldest son of Antonia Guerra (Christian Bach), better known as “La Patrona.” Gabriela will live a romance with Alejandro that several people will oppose to, including Antonia, who will become her number one enemy fighting both for her son’s love and to become “La Patrona.”

Jorge Luis Pila & Christian Bach Join LA PATRONA, The New Telemundo Novela Starring Aracely Arámbula

After much speculation of who will be Aracely Arámbula’s co-lead on LA PATRONA, Telemundo Studios revealed that Jorge Luis Pila will be starring in this original super production alongside the renowned Mexican actress and singer. Novela star Christian Bach also joins the stellar cast of this telenovela that will soon kick-off its production in Mexico.

Pila has become one of today’s leading actors, with successful telenovelas broadcast in the United States and around the world. LA PATRONA marks his return to Mexico, where he began his acting career. He has starred in several Telemundo original productions, including DONDE ESTA ELISA, AURORA and MAS SABE EL DIABLO, in addition to special appearances in LA CASA DE EL LADO and CORAZON VALIENTE. In 2011, Pila was featured as one of the 50 Most Beautiful of People en Español.
