Larry Bryggman & Dorothy Lyman Guest Star on 'The Blacklist' Tonight

Emmy-winning former soap opera actors Larry Bryggman (John Dixon on As the World Turns) and Dorothy Lyman (Opal Gardner on All My Children) will guest star on the Friday, January 18th episode of The Blacklist, airing at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

The episode is titled "The Pawnbrokers," and they play a couple that fronts cast to criminals on the black market.

Rick Hearst to Guest Star on 'Dynasty'

Emmy winning actor Rick Hearst announced on social media that he would be guest starring on the 12th episode of The CW's Dynasty.

On Twitter, the actor used the hashtag #SenatorDaniels, giving a hint at his character, and later shared a photo of himself in costume from his dressing room. “My most challenging role yet,” he joked. “A conservative Republican.”

The 12th episode of Dynasty will air in the new year, but the exact date has not yet been determined.

Heart's daytime roles have included Ric Lansing on General Hospital and Alan-Michael Spaulding in Guiding Light.

SNEAK PEEK: 'All My Children' Alum Alicia Minshew Guest Stars in 'The Blacklist'

Former All My Children star Alicia Minshew guest stars on this week's episode of The Blacklist, airing Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

In the episode, titled "The Endling," Liz (Megan Boone) and the Task Force hunt for an elusive criminal who will stop at nothing to destroy some of the world's most precious treasures. Meanwhile, a surprise encounter leads a cash-strapped Red (James Spader) toward a new business opportunity, and Tom (Ryan Eggold) takes action to investigate the bones in the suitcase.

Minshew plays a surgeon for the criminal underworld.

The clip below features Minshew alongside The Blacklist stars James Spader and Megan Boone in a scene from the episode.

Shemar Moore Returns to 'Criminal Minds' on October 25

The Young and the Restless alum Shemar Moore, star of the new CBS drama series S.W.A.T., will return to Criminal Minds to guest star in the season's fifth episode, airing Wednesday, October 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. Moore, an original Criminal Minds cast member from 2005-2016 (252 episodes), will reprise his role as Derek Morgan.

In the episode, Morgan returns to the BAU to help Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) deal with a case that has affected her emotionally.

Criminal Minds stars Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Aisha Tyler, Kirsten Vangsness, Adam Rodriguez and Daniel Henney. Mark Gordon, Erica Messer and Breen Frazier are executive producers for ABC Studios in association with CBS Television Studios.

'Another World' Star Stephen Schnetzer Visits 'Blue Bloods' on January 20

Longtime Another World favorite Stephen Schnetzer, who starred as Cass Winthrop for years on the NBC soap opera, will be making a primetime guest appearance on January 20 in an episode of Blue Bloods.

In "The One That Got Away," when diplomatic immunity complicates a child abuse case for Danny and Baez (Donnie Wahlberg and Marisa Ramirez), Frank (Tom Selleck) intervenes, despite not having jurisdiction on the case. Also, a robbery occurs while Eddie (Vanessa Ray) and Jamie (Will Estes) are on a double date with Eddie's boyfriend and his sister, and they are forced to step in.

Schnetzer will be playing Hassan Nasiri in the episode. Blue Bloods also stars former Another World actress Amy Carlson (Josie Watts Sinclair on Another World, now Linda Reagan in Blue Bloods), so it's a Bay City reunion of sorts (although we're not sure if the two will cross paths during the hour).

Blue Bloods airs Fridays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.

Bradford Anderson to Guest Star in 'Homeland' After Backing Out on 'General Hospital' Commitment (Updated)

Popular General Hospital actor Bradford Anderson took to Twitter on Monday to reveal that he had to back out of a scheduled appearance on the ABC soap opera as Spinelli in order to shoot a guest stint on Showtime drama Homeland.

ABC has now confirmed former Days of our Lives actor Blake Berris is taking over the role of Spinelli when the character returns for multiple episodes in January.

'Days of our Lives' Star Charles Shaughnessy Visits 'NCIS' on December 13

Emmy winner and Indie Series Award nominee Charles Shaughnessy recently returned to daytime television on NBC soap opera Days of our Lives, reprising his popular role of Shane Donovan. On December 13, he heads to primetime with a guest appearance on CBS drama NCIS.

In the episode, “The Tie That Binds," after the NCIS team tracks evidence from the murder of a Navy captain to Ducky’s deceased mother, Ducky looks back and questions a pivotal life choice he made 37 years ago. Also, the team exchanges holiday gifts, and Gibbs spends Christmas dinner with Fornell.

Shaughnessy is playing with role of Balthazar Kilmeany. Former Harper's Island star Adam Campbell also appears, returning as Young Ducky.

NCIS airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.

Shaughnessy has never been nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for his work on Days, but did win in 2002 as "Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program" for playing Dennis in Playhouse Disney's Stanley.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos to Guest Star in Premiere of Pop TV's 'Nightcap'

The late night show goes on, as has Pop announced a renewal of its original scripted comedy Nightcap ahead of its season one premiere on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Pop will premiere with two back-to-back episodes featuring guest stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and Andy Cohen in episode one, and Gwyneth Paltrow, Jim Norton and Nate Berkus in episode two.

Nightcap is a laugh-out-loud scripted comedy starring Ali Wentworth as an overworked talent booker on the fictitious late night talk show, "Nightcap with Jimmy." Each episode offers a slew of A-list celebrity guests and all of the antics that go on behind-the-scenes of a late night set.

The network has ordered 10 episodes of Nightcap for season two with Lionsgate returning as the production studio, and Ali Wentworth, Tom Brunelle and Brad Wollack continuing as executive producers.

Eden Riegel to Guest Star in 'NCIS: Los Angeles' on November 6

Daytime Emmy winner Eden Riegel is heading to primetime once again with a guest role in an upcoming episode of NCIS: Los Angeles.

On November 6, Riegel will play Dr. Iris Miller in "Crazy Train." Callen (Chris O’Donnell) goes undercover as a patient in a mental health hospital to search for an NSA agent who disappeared while tracking an ISIS cell trying to cross the Mexican border.

Riegel is best known to soap fans for her portrayal of Bianca Montgomery on All My Children.

'General Hospital' Actor Marc Anthony Samuel to Guest Star in 'NCIS: Los Angeles' on October 30

Marc Anthony Samuel, who has played Felix DuBois on ABC soap opera General Hospital the past four years, will be checking into primetime on Sunday, October 30 in an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles.

In "Home Is Where the Heart Is," after a maintenance man saved the life of a lieutenant commander, the NCIS team uncovers his dark past which puts a local teenager in danger. Also, Sam (LL COOL J) must decide which colleague to take to the Los Angeles football game.

Samuel plays Navy Lieutenant Commander George Owens. He previously played Marine Private First Class James Hall in 2012 on parent show NCIS.

NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.

'Days of our Lives' Alum True O'Brien to Guest Star on 'Code Black'

Former Days of our Lives actress True O'Brien recently guest-starred as Stella in OWN's Queen Sugar. She will be back in primetime on Wednesday, November 9, on an episode of the CBS drama Code Black.

In the episode, Malaya (Melanie Chandra) must inform a college student who regains consciousness at Angels Memorial that she's the victim of a rape, and Willis and Campbell butt heads over a terminally ill woman who wants to end her life on her own terms.

Annabeth Gish guest stars as Geraldine, the mother of the terminally ill girl; Richard Lewis guest stars as Stewart, a stand-up comedian who collapsed while on stage, and Stephen Culp (ex-Dan, One Life to Live; ex-Tom, Another World) returns as Desmond Leighton, Angus and Mike's father. O'Brien plays Joy Samton.

O'Brien joins Days as Paige Larson in 2014, and played the role until the character was murdered by the Necktie Killer last year.

'General Hospital' Actress Hayley Erin to Guest Star in 'NCIS' on October 11

General Hospital actress Hayley Erin (Kiki Jerome) will guest star on the top-rated CBS drama, NCIS, on October 11.

In the episode, titled "Love Boat," after the body of a navy lieutenant is discovered aboard a destroyer during a tiger cruise, when civilian guests are allowed to spend the night on the ship, Gibbs, Quinn and Palmer travel out to sea to investigate. Also, McGee contemplates the perfect proposal for Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman).

Erin will play Kasey Powers.

Nichelle Nichols to Guest Star on 'The Young and The Restless'

Nichelle Nichols, who played Lieutenant Uhura on Star Trek from 1966 to 1969, will appear on two upcoming episodes of CBS soap opera The Young and The Restless, Mashable reports. Her character, Lucinda, will share an “emotional connection” with a resident of Genoa City.

“I’m thrilled and honored to be a member of the cast of this historic moment in daytime television,” Nichols tells the site. “I’ve been a huge fan of The Young and the Restless for decades. I’m equally honored to be from Chicago like the Bell Family who created this incredible TV show.”

Nichols is scheduled to make her first Y&R appearance on September 1.
