Jack Wagner has spoken out (well, tweeted out) about the way his GENERAL HOSPITAL character, Frisco Jones, was written out of the soap during the 50th anniversary celebration.
Very disappointed in the powers that b @ GH. The ratings momentum around the 50th was blown, BADLY, sorry GH fans we were misled.

INTERVIEW: Lynn Herring on The Nurses Ball & Her Return To GENERAL HOSPITAL (Part 2)

Lynn Herring first appeared on GENERAL HOSPITAL as Lucy Coe in 1986. In 1997 the character moved to GH spinoff PORT CHARLES. Once that show went off the air in 2003 Herring did not return to GH as expected. In December 2012, Herring finally returned as Lucy Coe and has been featured prominently ever since. We Love Soaps spoke with Herring recently about her life, career and return to GENERAL HOSPITAL. Catch up on Part 1 of our new interview here and read Part 2 below:

WE LOVE SOAPS: You are so fantastic in comedic scenes.
LYNN HERRING: I just love that people come up and tell me they laugh. It's so thrilling to think you're in someone's home and giving them these happy moments in their day. It's the best. There are so many actors who are new to the show, and they are so enthusiastic, passionate and talented.

Read our new interview below:

WE LOVE SOAPS: Good morning. I've heard you are up early every day working on your ranch but are you sure this is a good time (we had set up a 6:30 a.m. interview)?
LYNN HERRING: You have to get up with the critters to get your chores done. I've been up for an hour doing stuff. [Laughs] Kin Shriner is a big early riser too and so sometimes this is our best conversation.

WE LOVE SOAPS: What kind of chores to do you?

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: Maurice Benard On His New Film 'The Ghost and The Whale'

Maurice Benard plays everyone's favorite mobster ("Sonny Corinthos") on GENERAL HOSPITAL. I has the distinct pleasure of speaking with the actor on the red carpet of the "General Hospital: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12.

Congratulations on the anniversary.
MAURICE BENARD: It's an honor to be on the show as long as I have been on. The history is amazing.

You recently finished your movie The Ghost and The Whale. Anything you can share about that?
MAURICE BENARD: Oh man, wait until you see it. It was hard to do, extremely difficult, because I had to play a different guy. I had to become a different guy. From what I have seen so far from the dailies, you have never seen me do anything like this acting wise. It's three times deeper than anything you have seen me do.

Is there a release date yet?
MAURICE BENARD: We are editing now. We just did the voice over from famed Welsh actor Jonathan Pryce, who's doing the voice of the whale. It should be completed by the end of the summer and I can't wait to see what happens.

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: John J. York On His Favorite GENERAL HOSPITAL Storylines

John J. York plays the Number One fill-in dad in Port Charles, "Uncle Mac Scorpio." I had the pleasure to catch up with the actor on the red carpet of the "General Hospital: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12. We talked about about what it's like being back front and center on GH and a few of his favorite storylines.

Congratulations on being a part of history.
JOHN J. YORK: Thank you. 22 years for me. 22 years out of 50 is pretty good.

With so many years on the show, what's been your favorite storyline?
JOHN J. YORK: I would say there would be three favorite storylines for Mac Scorpio. First would be the Robin/Stone HIV story especially when she told her Uncle Mac, that she was HIV positive. Before that was the Maxie/BJ heart transplant storyline because it was heart wrenching. And third would be...hmmm...what's the most recent?

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: Teresa Castillo On Her GENERAL HOSPITAL Audition & Singing At The Nurses Ball

Teresa Castillo plays GENERAL HOSPITAL's "Nurse Sabrina Santiago," the ugly duckling that just turned into a beautiful swan for the Nurses Ball. I spoke with the actress on the red carpet of the "General Hospital: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12.

Welcome to GENERAL HOSPITAL. How was the audition process for you?
TERESA CASTILLO: Its funny. I had done guest star spots on different TV shows and I had done some theater, but from when I auditioned for this role until when I got it, it was about a six month process. I had actually been brought in a year before for a different role. It was between me and another girl, and she ended up getting it. But the casting director ended up remembering me and bringing me in for this role.

Do you have a musical background? You seemed to shine in the performances for the Nurses Ball especially with little Brooklyn Silzer ("Emma Scorpio Drake").

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: Tyler Christopher Is Grateful For His GENERAL HOSPITAL Start

He recently made his return to General Hospital the ever so loveable "Prince Nikolas Cassadine." I had the chance to chat actor Tyler Christopher on the red carpet of the "General Hospital: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12.

Welcome back! How has your return been?
TYLER CHRISTOPHER: Thank you. It's been absolutely amazing. It has been so much fun the past month and it really made me appreciate what I had and what I have moving forward.

What has been your favorite storyline as Nikolas?
TYLER CHRISTOPHER: For a lot of reasons, not particularly because of the content of the story but the circumstances surrounding, it would be when Nikolas first came on the show. It was my first job ever acting in anything, my first scenes were with Genie Francis, Anthony Geary, Stephen Nichols, Jonathan Jackson, and a slew of season veterans.

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: Kimberly McCullough On GENERAL HOSPITAL, Directing & Being A Bad Ass

She grew up before our very eyes and became one of the most beloved characters in GENERAL HOSPITAL history. I spoke with the one and only Kimberly McCullough ("Robin Scorpio Drake") about GH memories and life after the show on the red carpet of the "General Hospital: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12.

Kimberly, it's nice to meet you. Before we jump into Robin, I have to say following your Instagram you seem like the most bad ass chick. You are so athletic and always seems to like to have fun and take on new adventures.
KIMBERLY MCCULLOUGH: Oh wow, thanks. that's a great compliment. I can't help myself. I grew up with two older brothers and I always wanted to be like them, and now I'm still a tomboy.

It would have been fun to seen some of that infused in the character of Robin.

GH50 PALEY INTERVIEW: Marc Anthony Samuel On GENERAL HOSPITAL & Playing Felix Dubois

He has become the go to wingman in Port Charles! I had the pleasure to chat with Marc Anthony Samuel who portrays the outgoing outspoken "Felix Dubois" during the "GENERAL HOSPITAL: Celebrating 50 Years and Looking Forward" event at the Los Angeles Paley Center on April 12.

Congratulations on being a part of television history.
MARC ANTHONY SAMUEL: Thank you. This has been unreal.

Where do you get your inspiration for playing Felix?
MARC ANTHONY SAMUEL: My inspiration is friends mostly. I have friends that will verbally cut you in a heartbeat if you do them wrong.

Your portrayal comes off very authentic. Sometimes when an actor plays a gay character it can come across as over the top.

Robert Kelker-Kelly
Robert Kelker-Kelly played Stavros Cassadine on ABC soap opera GENERAL HOSPITAL in 2001, with returns in 2002 and 2003. Stavros has now returned again as Kelker-Kelly appeared at the end of Wednesday's episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL. Executive producer Frank Valentini promised a big surprise on Wednesday's episode and Stavros was it (along with Carly finding Brenda in bed with Michael). Head writer Ron Carlivati reveals Kelker-Kelly will appear in "a bunch of episodes spread out over a period of time."
