Chaz Bono To Visit 'The Bold and the Beautiful' on March 31 & April 1

Author and activist Chaz Bono will guest star in upcoming episodes of CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

Bono will be playing a minister on March 31 and April 1.

"I'm very excited to have been cast in a role on The Bold and the Beautiful," Bono tells People in a statement. "I'm grateful that they are willing to pay me to do something I love, which is to act."

On Saturday, Bono appeared on Saturday's Oprah: Where are They Now?, where he opened up about how transitioning from female to male helped him overcome a negative self-image.
