Transgender artist Cassandra James has joined the cast of ABC soap opera General Hospital as Elizabeth's childhood friend, Terry, who shows up on her doorstep at the end of Friday's episode. Terry and Liz shared their first kiss back in Boulder.

After Friday's episode of GH had aired on the east coast, James tweeted the news of her arrival.
