NEWS: Brant Daugherty Robbed At Gunpoint; Tom Clancy Dead at 66; NBC Cancels CAMP

Brant Daugherty: I Was Mugged at Gunpoint Following DANCING WITH THE STARS
Daugherty (Brian, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Patrick, ARMY WIVES) returned home Sept. 23 feeling victorious after a successful night on the dance floor. But moments later his Dancing with the Stars triumph turned to terror as a man approached him with a gun and demanded he hand over his possessions.

"After the show I got dropped off and was walking up to my apartment building and a man followed me up with a gun and told me to give him my stuff," Daugherty told PEOPLE backstage at DWTS Monday.

Mr. Clancy’s books were successfully transformed into blockbuster Hollywood films, including “Patriot Games,” “The Hunt for Red October“ and “Clear and Present Danger.”

His next book, “Command Authority,” is planned for publication on Dec. 3.

Seventeen of his novels were No. 1 New York Times best sellers, including his most recent, “Threat Vector,” which was released in December 2012. More than 100 million copies of his books are in print.

CAMP Premieres Tonight On NBC, Stars Rachel Griffiths

In the "Pilot" episode, as Little Otter Family Camp resumes for the summer, owner and director Mackenzie “Mack” Granger (Rachel Griffiths, BROTHERS & SISTESR) is running the camp for the first time on her own. With her ex-husband pressuring her to buy his shares of the camp, Mack scrambles to keep the cash-strapped camp afloat. She even contemplates a buyout offer from Roger Shepard (Rodger Corser), the sexy but arrogant owner of Ridgefield, the upscale resort across the lake. It’s also the first year Mack’s fifteen-year-old son Buzz (Charles Grounds) is a counselor in training (CIT), and he vows to make it a legendary summer.

NBC Announces Premiere Dates for Anne Heche's SAVE ME and Rachel Griffiths' CAMP


NBC has announced premiere dates for the highly anticipated summer dramedy CAMP and comedy series SAVE ME.

CAMP, which stars Rachel Griffiths (SIX FEET UNDER, BROTHERS & SISTERS) as a divorced camp director looking for a fresh start, will launch Wednesday, July 10 (10-11 p.m. ET). The series explores the campers and counselors at Little Otter Family Camp, where summer memories are made.

Liz Heldens (FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS) and Peter Elkoff (GOSSIP GIRL) are the creators of CAMP. They serve as executive producers with Gail Berman, Lloyd Braun and Gene Stein. The program is produced by Matchbox Pictures and BermanBraun.

Anne Heche stars in the comedy SAVE ME, which is set to debut Thursday, May 23 (8 and 8:30 p.m. ET) with two back-to-back episodes. Heche portrays a Midwestern mom and wife who undergoes a spiritual awakening after suffering a near-death experience.
