After Seven Seasons Fans Say Goodbye to USA Network's BURN NOTICE on September 12

On Thursday, September 12 at 9 p.m. ET, after seven unforgettable seasons, the Emmy-nominated original drama BURN NOTICE comes to an end that fans won't want to miss. As USA Network says goodbye to the series that redefined summer television, questions will be answered and the team will reunite for an explosive conclusion that one beloved character will not survive.

"This final episode is a must-see for any BURN NOTICE fan -- whether you've been with us since the pilot or just caught the occasional marathon on USA," said show creator, Matt Nix. "It's bittersweet to bring the series to an end, but I'm really happy to be leaving viewers with a great series finale. It's satisfying and has some major surprises."

BURN NOTICE Returns Nov. 8; Renewed For Seventh Season

USA Network’s longest running original drama BURN NOTICE, consistently one of cable’s top scripted series, today received a 13-episode pickup for its seventh season. In 2013, the Emmy-nominated series will join an elite group as the third show in the network’s history to reach 100 episodes. This pick-up completes the renewals of summer’s most successful block on television following the recent third season order of USA original SUITS.

“BURN NOTICE is like a fine wine that gets better with age,” said USA Network Co-Presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel. “Delivering high-octane action, gripping drama and nearly 7 million viewers for the mid-season finale, this veteran series is a proven staple of our portfolio.”

Telenovela Stars Khotan and Angelica Celaya Guest Star on ROYAL PAINS & BURN NOTICE

The summer of USA is getting “muy caliente” with a couple of former Telemundo superstars guesting on two of the network’s most buzzed about and highest rated summer series, ROYAL PAINS and BURN NOTICE. Khotan, who is best known for the telenovela PERRO AMOR on Telemundo, is set to recur in five episodes of ROYAL PAINS. In his first English-speaking appearance, Khotan will play Rafa, a polo-playing underwear model and love interest to Divya (Reshma Shetty).   In 2008, Khotan was chosen by Quien Magazine as one of 12 sexiest men in Mexico after his participation in "Deseo Prohibido" and is currently starring in the series SEXO DEBIL.

The first-place 18-49 ranking for SMASH occurred in what is known as the “live+7” ratings, which include playback of recorded television shows over one week.
