Andy Zuno Joins THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

Mexican telenovela, film, stage actor and musician Andy Zuno has been cast in the recurring role of Rafael, on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, broadcast weekdays (1:30-2:00 p.m. ET; 12:30-1:00 p.m. PT) on CBS.

"This is a very interesting character because both the writers and producers have been molding it according to the story, which makes him even more attractive," Zuno said of his character, Rafael, who is producing the web series starring Maya and Carter.

"Soaps in the United States are very tight and closed, it's an established community, and it's wonderful that there was this space for me. It's not an easy industry, it's not as broad as the movies. It was a hard process to go through, but I'm more than delighted to be a part of it."
