'If Loving You is Wrong' Returns March 15 on OWN

If Loving You is Wrong returns March 15.
Tyler Perry's hit primetime soap opera If Loving You is Wrong will return to OWN with all-new episodes on Tuesday, March 15 at 10 p.m. ET/PT following the season finale of The Haves and the Have Nots (9-10 p.m. ET/PT). The series will move to its regular timeslot at 9 p.m. ET/PT beginning Tuesday, March 22.

In its most recent season, If Loving You is Wrong was Tuesday night's #1 original cable series among women averaging 2.3 milion total viewers. It was also Tuesday night's #1 original series on all of TV among African-American women and total viewers.

In the season premiere of If Loving You is Wrong, tensions are at an all time high amongst friends and neighbors, now turned foes. Viewers' suspicions were confirmed when it was revealed that Alex's (Amanda Clayton) baby is the product of her affair with neighbor Randal (Eltony Williams). The arrival of the baby ignites a cycle of revenge that will continue throughout the season -- angry husband Brad (Aiden Turner) lashes out at Alex by initiating his own extramarital relationship with Randal's wife Marcie (Heather Hemmens); and adulterous Randal fights with wife Marcie, while planning his own acts of revenge against Brad. Elsewhere in the neighborhood, Esperanza (Zulay Henao) learns of ex Edward's (Joel Rush) dealings with drug dealers as Edward sets into motion his plan to have killed fellow police officer, Pete (Chris Pipkin).

As the new season unfolds, Randal continues to exact his revenge; Alex endures the wrath of her racist father and the custody of her baby is questioned; and after keeping a deep secret for years, Lushion (Charles "Malik" Whitfield) makes a starting revelation to Natalie (April Parker Jones). Meanwhile, Kelly (Edwina Findley Dickerson) continues her search for love and unusual circumstances once again bring Edward and Julian (Octavio Pizano) face-to-face.

NEWS: Stephen Schnetzer, Justin Hartley, BethAnn Bonner, Andy Cohen, Jason Priestley, Aiden Turner

Would The Young and the Restless star Justin Hartley make a good new MacGyver?
Alan Carter thinks he would. "Not only does Hartley look a little like Richard Dean Anderson but he’s got the soap opera hunk thing down pat," he writes. CBS is reportedly re-booting the popular '80s series.

Stephen Schnetzer
Another World alum Stephen Schnetzer set for "Broken Glass" in Westport
Schnetzer will soon appear at the Westport Country Playhouse in Arthur Miller's play, "Broken Glass."

In between work on television and in the theatre, Schnetzer does voiceover work. "It's a good income stream so I could do develop my craft," he says. He even did commercials in French, including one for Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. "I enjoy that anonymity especially because some people know me from soap operas...I didn't want that facial recognition. It's the most competitive challenging part for performers because there are so many good voices and material out there. It's highly competitive. Sometimes I get lucky. I roll the dice. I get an income stream. It pays residuals. And its gets me out of the house."

Andy Cohen on his Real Housewives franchise: "I think the show has replaced the soap opera"
"You never know what’s going to happen, as unreal as it seems," Cohen says. "It’s sometimes fun to laugh at, other times to laugh with. Even though these women don’t behave like you or I might, there’s something weirdly relatable, about friendship and marriage and motherhood, that connects with people."

All My Children alum Aiden Turner welcomes first child with girlfriend Jessica Miller
"The new addition to the family 🍼 #Baby Tristan Turner He puts a big #smile on my face "

Turner (Aidan on AMC) currently stars on OWN's If Loving You Is Wrong.

One Life to Live alum BethAnn Bonner and wife Maria Fuenmayor welcome twins
Tweeted Bonner (Talia on OLTL): "On September 22nd, God helped us bring Ruby Colette & Simon Lucas n2 this beautiful world! We are SO HAPPY! ❤️"

Jason Priestley didn't appreciate former Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Tori Spelling revealing they had a summer fling
When a fan asked on Twitter if the tryst was true, he replied, "I'm not getting into this... It's nobody's business... Either way..."

DAYS OF OUR LIVES casting new role
DAYS is looking for a gorgeous 24 to 35-year-old African American male to play the contract role of Micah, who is described in the casting call as "charismatic confident and charming without even trying. Ladies want to date him and men want to be him. He gives off a very well rounded confident vibe but there is pain in his past that keeps him guarded."

North Carolina's Triangle Transit Is Filming A Soap Opera On Its Busses
Conceived over a lunch between Lauren Parker and Damien Graham of Triangle Transit's communication team, AS THE BUS STOPS is the organization's attempt to make public transportation approachable in a city that doesn't have quite the same appreciation for shared seats as New York or LA.

Parker and her team got together and made two lists; First, a list of all the services they would like potential riders to know about; Second, a list of all the tropes of a good soap opera. Put them together and and it's only a matter of time before the research triangle becomes the love triangle.

NEWS: Mary McDonnell Remembers AS THE WORLD TURNS; Melissa Reeves; Corbin Bleu; Sutton Foster

MAJOR CRIMES star Mary McDonnell reflects on playing Claudia Colfax on AS THE WORLD TURNS in 1980
"Oh, my God! Okay, here it is: I’m going to try to do word association. I’m standing in front of a wall, a piece of a wall, with a pay phone on every episode I played, putting a dime or a quarter or something into the phone and calling the character who was the lead in the show (Colleen Zenk's Barbara Ryan) about her baby, who I was secretly raising. But I had a boyfriend who was beating me up, so I was always in tears or, like, bruised. That’s what I remember. The other thing I remember about it was being jubilant, because I was making money, and I could actually take my boyfriend at the time out to dinner." [Laughs]

NEWS: Jason Thompson on Robin's Return To GENERAL HOSPITAL; Corbin Bleu Getting Into A Rhythm; EASTENDERS' The Queen Vic Under New Management; Badass Ming-Na Wen

Jason Thompson on Kimberly McCullough's return to GENERAL HOSPITAL as Robin Scorpio Drake
"There are a lot of fans that love us together; which is a testament to the writing and the show as a whole," Thompson told Daytime Confidential. "Kimberly and I brought an energy together and it really worked. It really starts with good story. And we've had some great storylines together. People really want to watch. They relate to the characters, who have been through a lot."

Corbin Bleu's DANCING WITH THE STARS Blog: Getting Into A Rhythm
"I definitely was more frustrated this week. I’m very much a perfectionist, and with the clock ticking down to performance day with me still struggling with most of the routine I was beginning to panic. We were at the top of the leaderboard last week and the pressure is on! Luckily my partner (my secret weapon) is a nitpicking Russian drill sergeant who refuses to take anything less from me than my best. I’m still scared as hell of this dance, but I think I’m as ready as I can be to wow the judges."

EASTENDERS' The Queen Vic 'under new management' and Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright have the keys
Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright will be joining Albert Square. This coming Christmas, Dyer will come in as Shirley Carter's brother Mick and his family move to E20. This will make them the first family to arrive and immediately take over The Queen Victoria since EASTENDERS began.

Speaking of the role, Dyer was keen to start this new acting path.

"I'm so excited about starting a new chapter in my career and I cannot wait to become part of the East End family.

BREAKING BAD Finale Illegally Downloaded More Than 500,000 Times in 12-Hour Period
According to TorrentFreak, what has happened online in the first 12 hours after the episode aired is unprecedented for the hit drama. TorrentFreak also reports that the series is a contender for being the year's most pirated TV show.

Ming-Na Wen Goes Badass on MARVEL'S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.
"May is still dealing with scars from her days as a soldier, most of which I don't know about yet. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are immersed in high levels of espionage and witness shocking things on the level of THE X-FILES and it's all so confidential they can't share it. So, it's weird. They're real insiders who know all the secrets, yet that makes them outsiders. That's why this new team becomes such a family. They need each other. They comfort each other."

Baltimore native and former AS THE WORLD TURNS actress Peyton List goes from MAD MEN to THE TOMORROW PEOPLE
"It's an incredible opportunity for me," List says of her role as Cara Coburn, the female leader of the outcast tribe living in an abandoned subway station. "I've never done a series where I've had this much responsibility in terms of carrying so much. But I'm also enjoying doing it. I can't say it's completely foreign, because I have done other shows. But it is definitely a new experience for me in terms of anything I've done in my career."

Soap Stars Take Part In Light The Night Walk
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL's Linsey Godfrey (Caroline), National Spokesperson for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), will be participating in the annual Light The Night Walk in Los Angeles on October 5, 2013. A cancer survivor herself, Godfrey shares, “It’s not a strenuous walk. It’s a symbolic walk, which is really beautiful. I am a celebrity ambassador, along with Jack Wagner (ex-Nick, B&B; ex-Frisco, GH) and Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe, DAYS) and Brandon Beemer (ex-Owen, B&B)."

INTERVIEW: Aiden Turner is Dancing With The Stars

Aiden Turner recently finished a seven and a half year run on ALL MY CHILDREN as Aidan Devane. He then moved out to Los Angeles and hit the audition circuit. He's now starring on this season's DANCING WITH THE STARS partnered with Edyta Sliwinska. The pair scored a lower than expected 15 on last week's premiere episode after doing the Cha Cha Cha. We Love Soaps caught up with Turner this afternoon as he battled a cold and prepared to dance for your votes on tonight's show.

We Love Soaps: You played an obnoxious anchorman in Manhattanites and I was so impressed with your performance. But now you've impressed me even more by joining the cast of DANCING WITH THE STARS. What made you want to do this show?
Aiden Turner: Live audiences really scare me, and I don't have any professional dance experience at all, and I thought it would be a really good challenge for me. It's something I've never done before and a good experience - being taught how to dance for free and trying to perform it on a show that's live on TV. It's kind of nerve-wracking but I thought it would be a good challenge and experience and something I would look back on and be glad I did. I was shying away from it a little bit and that made me want to do it even more. Like Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS when I chose to sing on stage [at the annual ABC/SOAPnet benefit concert], that was nerve-wracking, but I wish I had the chance to do it again and again. I only did it once. Dancing is, of course, different than singing, but I want to stay in the competition to get more experience dancing in front of a live audience and challenge myself every week.
