Sunday Night Ratings: 'Believe' Up, 'Once Upon A Time' Hits New Low

The Sunday, April 20 overnight ratings are in. Check out what CBS, ABC and NBC had to say below:

From CBS:
THE GOOD WIFE was Sunday's #1 program in viewers, as CBS swept the night in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sunday, April 20.

At 7:00 PM, 60 MINUTES SPECIAL (S) was first in viewers (8.80m), adults 25-54 (1.6/05) and adults 18-49 (1.1/04).

At 8:00 PM, THE AMAZING RACE SPECIAL (S) was first in viewers (7.62m) and adults 25-54 (2.3/06), and was second in adults 18-49 (1.6/05).

At 9:00 PM, THE GOOD WIFE SPECIAL (S) was first in viewers (9.08m) and adults 25-54 (2.0/05), and was tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.4/04, with FOX). THE GOOD WIFE SPECIAL was Sunday's #1 program in viewers.

At 10:00 PM, THE MENTALIST SPECIAL (S) was first in viewers (8.61m), adults 25-54 (2.0/05) and adults 18-49 (1.4/04).

For the night, CBS was first in viewers (8.53m), adults 25-54 (2.0/05) and adults 18-49 (1.4/04).

From ABC:
ABC Sunday Prime (7-11pm - 4.6 million and 1.1/4 in AD18-49): ABC earned second place on Easter Sunday in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. ABC's Once Upon a Time stood as Sunday's #1 broadcast series in Adults 18-49.

It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown & Charlie Brown All Stars (7-8pm - 3.5 million and 0.9/4 in AD18-49): During the 7pm hour, ABC's annual broadcast of It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown & Charlie Brown All Stars was up over its year-ago airing (3/31/13) by 35% in Total Viewers (3.5 million vs. 2.6 million) and by 50% in Adults 18-49 (0.9/4 vs. 0.6/2).

Once Upon a Time (8-9pm - 5.7 million and 1.7/5 in AD18-49): Spiking 89% over its lead-in 8pm, ABC's Once Upon a Time (1.7/5) continued to win its hour in Adults 18-49, beating CBS' Amazing Race (1.6/5) to finish #1 against its regular competition for the 7th straight week.

Hallmark Hall of Fame: In My Dreams (9-11pm - 4.6 million and 1.0/3 in AD18-49): From 9-11pm, Hallmark Hall of Fame: In My Dreams made ABC the #2 most-watched network in its 2-hour time period to CBS, outdrawing NBC's first-run dramas by 10% (4.6 million vs. 4.2 million for Believe/Crisis). During the 10 o'clock hour, the ABC movie beat out NBC's Crisis by nearly 1 million viewers (4.7 million vs. 3.8 million) and by 11% in Adults 18-49 (1.0/3 vs. 0.9/3).

From NBC:
Sunday Results (NBC carried NBA Playoff basketball in the Portland market):

· "Believe" (1.2/3 in 18-49, 4.7 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) is currently up +20% week to week (to a 1.2 rating from a 1.0) and +7% in total viewers (4.658 million vs. 4.344 million), pending updates. "Believe" is at a four-week high in 18-49 (best since March 23, 1.2/3, "Believe's" second week in the slot) and is matching its high since the show's regular-slot debut on March 16 (1.5/4). In total viewers, it's a three-week high (best since March 30, 4.9 million). Versus its lead-in, "Believe" is up +33% in adults 18-49 and up +22% in total viewers, in a competitive time period that includes HBO's "Game of Thrones," Fox's "Cosmos," CBS's "The Good Wife" and ABC's "In My Dreams.". L+7 Time-Shifting: The March 30 "Believe" grew in L+7 by 74% or 0.83 of a rating point in 18-49 (to a 1.95 from a 1.12).

· In the time slot, "Believe" is running within 0.2 of a point of #1 among the Big 4 in adults 18-49 (with a 1.2 rating vs. a 1.4 for CBS and Fox), pending updates.

· "Crisis" averaged a 0.9/3 in 18-49 and 3.8 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET. Among women 18-34, "Crisis" (0.9/3 at 10) is currently tied for #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC (with a 0.7 rating). L+7 Time-Shifting: The March 30 "Crisis" grew in L+7 by 60% or 0.63 of a rating point in 18-49 (to a 1.68 from a 1.05).

· "Dateline NBC" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) grew from half-hour to half-hour by +13% in adults 18-49 (to a 0.9 rating from a 0.8), +9% in adults 25-54 (1.2 vs. 1.1) and +17% in women 25-54 (1.4 vs. 1.2). "Dateline" built on its lead-in by +50% in adults 18-49 and 52% or 1.3 million persons in total viewers, to generate NBC's top 18-49 rating in the hour since March 23 and biggest overall audience since March 16.

· "American Dream Builders" (0.6/2 in 18-49, 2.5 million viewers overall from 7-8 p.m. ET) is running within a tenth of a point of last week's 0.7 in adults 18-49, despite moving from the 8 p.m. time slot last week to 7 p.m. this week. "American Dream Builders" grew or held steady from half-hour to half-hour in all key measures.
