PREVIEW: Tonight's FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

As the new season of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS kicks off (tonight at 9 p.m. on DirectTV's 101 Network), Coach Eric Taylor (Kyle Chandler) is now the coach of East Dillon High which doesn't have the money, the resources or the players that West Dillon High did.

A new school and a new year means the introduction of new players. Michael B. Jordan (ALL MY CHILDREN) joins the cast as Vince Howard, a troubled student show joins the football team after the police strongly encourage him to do so. The new team doesn't exactly take to Eric's coaching style.

While the town is divided in a whole East Dillon/West Dillon brouhaha, Matt (Zach Gilford) and Tim (Taylor Kitsch) are dealing with life post high school.
