"The baby will be a huge factor. As long as Cane feels he needs to be the baby’s father, no matter what, whether he is the baby’s father or not, it will continue. He had been thinking this is his child, and when he finds out that it isn’t we will see Cane’s character change in a lot of ways for the good. I think the quadrangle will go on forever. Cane and Billy are brothers, and Chloe and I are always at each other, so I think it will always go on."
INTERVIEW: Y&R's Eva Marcille (Tyra)
"There will be some more intimacy between Neil and I, and our feelings for each other will no longer be a mystery. A lot of the questions will be answered, and there will definitely be more intimacy."
"I keep looking for the logic. How is it that GUIDING LIGHT ended up with a new production model and AS THE WORLD TURNS with a new narrative structure? Wheeler's real triumph is finding headwriter Jill Lorie Hurst, who, like Wheeler, clearly loves the show and honors its history in her storytelling. And that's what needs to happen - and happen soon - if ATWT is to survive. Why let the clock just run out with the show is such horrible shape?"
"I know a lot of people have criticism for the 'Peapacking' of GL, but the one amazing thing about the stripped down sets and the handheld cameras is that it strips away the artifice and glitz of a soap and leaves you with what should be the most important thing: the actors (and characters) who tell the story. And GL has a crop that is so talented, so amazing. They make magic every day without makeup, without fancy lighting. We, as viewers, are pulled into a world far more intimate and personal because of it. It's like eavesdropping on real people, being a part of their loves and their losses."
Like most groups of friends, the UGLY BETTY cast like to share clothes. But which co-star do you think Becki Newton gives her jeans to because they look better on them than they do on her?
America Ferrera? Anna Ortiz? Rebecca Romijn, maybe? No, it's... Mark Indelicato. The 15-year-old actor was sporting just one of many pairs of the hand-me-downs at SEX AND THE CITY designer Patricia Field's birthday party on Feb 15.
"I enjoy working with Trevor. We haven’t worked together a whole lot, even though we’ve been in the same scenes together. I loved the scenes in which she went over to his house after his suicide attempt. They were really well written. To me, it’s all in the writing. Of course, as actors, you have to bring the writing to life and make the material work. At the end of the day, it all starts on the page but ends with you. We, at ONE LIFE, have been blessed with our writing team."
Budig was a guest on "Stardish Radio" last night along with her husband, Bob Guiney.
PATRICK ERWIN: A nice day for a white wedding?
"I’m really happy AMC had this wedding, and it IS meaningful that these two women were able to marry (although that wedding wouldn’t be legally recognized in Pennsylvania, where the fictional Pine Valley is set). But I’ve had a long laundry list of issues about how this storyline has been handled (and how unwatchable, in general, AMC is these days). I’ll say this - AS THE WORLD TURNS fans (me included) can bitch about limited screen time and sporadic kisses for Luke and Noah, but the AMC story has made me appreciate how committed ATWT actually IS to the Nuke story."
