Tuesday, Variety reported that multiple "The Young and the Restless" writers were crossing the picket line.

Yesterday, Broadcasting & Cable reported that they weren't.

Now there's a rumor floating around that Y&R Executive Producer and Headwriter Lynn Marie Latham has been fired from her post.

So many cliffhangers on a daily basis! If soap writing was just this fascinating with as many unexpected twists and turns, the ratings might be higher.
