A Closer Look at ATWT's Ratings

"As The World Turns", the 51 year old CBS-TV soap, reach an all-time low number of viewers at the end of May. The show was a boring mess despite the return of Maura West as Carly. Over the past four months, the show has slowly gained a portion of their loyal audience back.

In the ratings period for the week ending September 21, 2007, ATWT reached a four month high in both total viewers and Women 18-49. The show has gained a lot of buzz recently with the Nuke (Noah and Luke) pairing. The YouTube video of their first kiss has received well over 500,000 hits.
